REGISTRATION OPENS ON MARCH 1, 2024
Summer Intensive
Our Summer Intensive is a full day of training for thre serious ballet student. This program is designed to provide a positive and encouraging environment for dancers to grow and exand to their full potential
This program will include classes in ballet, pointe, variations, partnering, modern, jazz, theater, wellness, and conditioning from guest teachers and DBS faculty.
This program will conclude with an in-studio showcase.
Days and Times:
June 10–29
Monday to Friday: 9am–3pm
Saturday: 9am–12pm
Students must audition for the Summer Intensive.
Ages:
11 and up
Pricing:
One week: $400
Two weeks: $775
Three weeks: $1,125
Registration for Summer Intensive requires a $50 nonrefundable deposit due upon registration. This reserves your dancer's spot in the program.
The remaining balance is paid in three equal installments: April, May, and June. All tuition must be paid in full by June 3.
Dayton Ballet School summer programs and camps qualify for ACE Ohio payments. Proof of documentation is required by the start of classes.

Pre-Intensive
This camp is for the young dancer who is ready to explore more dance training in a fun and nurturing environment. This is a comprehensive program that enhances and elevates the dancer's current skills and introduces them to other styles of dance beyond ballet, such as jazz and modern. The concepts of proper stretching and dance vocabulary will also be explored. This camp will help dancers increase their classwork and performance quality.
This camp will include an in-studio showcase.

June 3–8 and July 15–19
9:30am–12pm
Dancers ages 11 and older can be evaulated for pointe work during this intensive.

Pricing:
Level 2, one week (June 3–8): $275
Level 2, two weeks: $525
Level 3, one week (June 3–8): $300
Level 3, two weeks: $575

Themed Camps
Theme Camp 1: Performance
This fun-filled camp will explore all the parts of preparing for and having a performance! Students will learn about choreography, storytelling, costumes, sets, and props. This camp will end with a ballet performances created by the teacher and the students that will take place on June 8.

Theme Camp 2: Christmas in July
This camp will get you in the holiday spirit! We will explore the new Dayton Ballet Nutcracker. This camp will include a sneak peek at the new characters, costumes, and choreography. Each day will start with a ballet class, and then explore a part of the the new Nutcracker, while preparing for auditions. A studio showcase will take place on July 19.

One Themed Camp: $200
Both Themed Camps: $380

Wednesday Evening Classes
Keep up on your dancer's skills with a weekly summer class.
This option helps dancers to keep their bodies moving and keep their connection to ballet all summer long.
Sessions:
June 5, 12, 19, and 26
July 10, 17, 24, and 31
Classes:
Creative Movement: 5–5:45pm
Pre-Ballet: 5:45–6:45pm
Ballet 1: 5–6pm
Ballet 2: 6–7pm
Boys Ballet: 6–7pm
Adult Ballet: 7–8pm
Pricing:
One session: $68
Both sessions: $125
Tuition will be collected in full on June 3.

Extended Summer Classes
These drop-in style classes will be held o Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. Each day will include a ballet class, along with an elective dance class, such as pointe, variations, jazz, modern, or conditioning.

Four classes: $90
Eight classes: $160
